Hey Buddy Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 2 (24 count) boxes Nutty Buddy wafer bars
- 1 (1.5 quart) tub vanilla ice cream
- 1 (1.5 quart) chocolate ice cream
- 1 (12 oz) jar hot fudge
- ¼ cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
Preparation
- Line a deep 9×13-inch pan with plastic wrap so the sheets of plastic hang over the sides.
- Arrange nutty buddies to form a solid layer in the bottom of the pan. You may need to break some in half to fit the corners.
- Scoop vanilla ice cream on top of the wafers and spread into a flat, even layer. Drizzle the hot fudge over the top.
- Arrange a second layer of nutty buddies over the fudge layer.
- Scoop and spread the chocolate ice cream on top and spread until flat.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
- Sprinkle peanuts on top and drizzle with more hot fudge if desired. Serve immediately.
