Ingredients
  • 2 (24 count) boxes Nutty Buddy wafer bars
  • 1 (1.5 quart) tub vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (1.5 quart) chocolate ice cream
  • 1 (12 oz) jar hot fudge
  • ¼ cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
Preparation
  1. Line a deep 9×13-inch pan with plastic wrap so the sheets of plastic hang over the sides.
  2. Arrange nutty buddies to form a solid layer in the bottom of the pan. You may need to break some in half to fit the corners.
  3. Scoop vanilla ice cream on top of the wafers and spread into a flat, even layer. Drizzle the hot fudge over the top.
  4. Arrange a second layer of nutty buddies over the fudge layer.
  5. Scoop and spread the chocolate ice cream on top and spread until flat.
  6. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Sprinkle peanuts on top and drizzle with more hot fudge if desired. Serve immediately.
